
The Reined Cowhorse
The Old West created the stock horse, demanding a tough, enduring animal that could go for miles and herd the vast numbers of cattle in a bygone era. Not only was an athletic horse required, but one that could be completely trained in carrying out the everyday tasks of ranch life.

AUGUST 10, 2025 CO-SANCTIONED SHOW WITH ALBERTA HIGH SCHOOL RODEO
Alberta High School Rodeo Association will have 2 slates of classes offered in cow horse & cutting on Sunday August 10, 2025. Entries for AHSRA Classes should be processed through AHSRA if you would like to enter these classes. A current AHRSA Membership is required.
