The Old West created the stock horse, demanding a tough, enduring animal that could go for miles and herd the vast numbers of cattle in a bygone era. Not only was an athletic horse required, but one that could be completely trained in carrying out the everyday tasks of ranch life.

The Alberta Reined Cow Horse Association (ARCHA) primary fundraising source for the Alberta Snaffle Bit Futurity has always been the Annual Stallion Auction. 2024 like many past years provides owners & breeders of many disciplines the opportunity to bid & purchase breeding to some of Canada & the United States favorite stallions.
This year you will see talented stallions from Canada & the USA that have made in impact in their respective disciplines, stallions owned by ARCHA members & competitors, junior stallions we are watching in our show pen, and stallions that have stellar reputations due to their continued offspring success!
