Subject: ARCHA Side-by-Side Raffle – AGLC Licence # 738564

Dear Raffle Supporters,

​

We regret to inform you that the ARCHA Side-by-Side Raffle - AGLC License # 738564 has been cancelled due to low ticket sales and not meeting our minimum financial requirements with the upcoming draw date of November 29, 2025.

All refunds will be processed within 90 days of the raffle cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the online portal with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for purchase. Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, cash purchases will be refunded via e-transfer to the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.

As per AGLC terms, purchasers can choose to receive a full refund or to donate their purchase amount. Should a purchaser like to donate their purchase amount, please email info@cowhorse.ca no later than October 31, 2025. Any retained donations are subject to AGLC approved spending criteria.

 

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support of the Alberta Reined Cow Horse Association. Our committee had very high hopes for this program and saddened that this raffle was not viable. We hope you’ll join us for future events and fundraising initiatives.
